Assassin's Creed: Rising Phoenix is a PS Vita title

A second image of Assassin's Creed: Rising Phoenix has appeared online, along with a PS Vita listing from Spanish online retailer XtraLife.esA logo for the unannounced Assassin's Creed game leaked shortly after the official unveiling ofAssassin's Creed 4.The image referenced Ubisoft Digital Arts, which is the publisher's digital cinema creation studio. The studio worked on the 2010 feature film Predators.The second image appeared on AGB, and shows two hooded figures wearing Abstergo. Take a look below:
