Donkey Kong Country Returns 3DS release confirmed for May

Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D will release on 3DS in Europe on May 24, Nintendo has confirmed.

Originally developed by Retro Studios for the Wii in 2010, the plaformer was generally well received for its colourful visuals and challenging gameplay.According to a recent classification listing, the 3DS version of DKCR will not be developed by Retro Studios.The original game sold more than 5 million copies worldwide.
