Spyro PSX on PSP sound error(funny)

I was playing around in spyro 1 in the psx emu and suddenly, the frogs started saying scihhh scihhh.... parts of sound from when a dragon was talking.. then I flamed it and it said "annoying!" :rofl:
The level was Dark Hollow if you want to see if it happens to you.

I don't know why this happens but has anyone else had this happen in other games?

I continued playing and when I kill a big guy it says "always" and the dragon in a crystal shaking sound is replaced with some words played slowly... really funny. All kinds of things are happening with the sound. lol
