i want to customize my psp but can't apparently?

what do you guys think is the best waves and background sand all tha stuff?

i have a new psp (gold) and i want to install some awesome themes!

Don't double post please. As for downgrading 3.10 OE-A', use the generic downgrader via the recovery menu. It can be found right here.
