PS Vita: Hello World for Firmware 2.10 (Proof of Concept)

This is a little Proof of Concept of my very own hello world for the PS Vita firmware 2.10 (and newer). Also working at PSP Firmware 6.60.

I will try to make a HBL with this exploit, would be nice if it will work :)
This is not running through any previous exploit and its not running through TomTomdu80s Exploit, which got patched in FW 2.10. This POC is running through my own exploit.
