TGAWave help or detailed tutorial request.

I want to know how to make a single thick multicolored wave, does anybody have a template or explanation of how the TGA should look?

I Basically Want a wave like this:
Yellow
White
Beige

P.S. The one in the TGAwave tutorial by Al-Zamli wont work for me because I want a single moving line and i get two. Somebody should make a detailed tutorial on how to get the effect you want on your PSP. (a Eplanation of how the PSP interprets the TGA)
