Phantasy Star Online

This game looks really cool, anyone know if the servers are still up and running? And also (probably been asked before) how to get the dreamcast online, do I have to plug the DC straight into the phone line or can it go through a broadband modem?

there is a hacked server up by schtack i believe is what hes called haven't been on it in awhile
