Help Please

please can you guys help,

my mate is a programmer and he wants to get his brand new 2.81 psp downgraded.

he DOESN'T have Gta and we have looked around and don't think there is one around.

I bought one at our local gamestop but returned it as i thought tht someone else would want to use it (it was 2.00).

Please if you can help post!:( :o

you could always get 1 off of ebay. there are always ones on there. sometimes they go for around $65 though....

There is no other way than with gta lcs (unpatched) sorry you need it.
