While previous leaks pointed to a November 5 launch for the unannounced game, Xtralife's listings carried a November 11 release date.Activision told us last week that it wouldn't be commenting on Call of Duty: Ghosts reports, but the game is rumoured to be set for an official reveal on May 1.According to a now removed Tesco product description, "Call of Duty: Ghosts ushers in the next generation of the franchise, delivering a riveting all-new gameplay experience built on an entirely new story, setting and cast, all powered by a new next-generation Call of Duty engine."Among other rumours, Call of Duty: Ghosts is said to be set in the future, but a major plot event forces the characters to use modern day weaponry, while the Modern Warfare series' Spec Ops mode is said to have been dropped in favour of a new game mode.
