Guys, my younger cousin wants his PSP to be able to play homebrew but i tell him that i won't downgrade it because something bad could happen.
Simple question-without downgrading, is there any way he can get any kind of homebrew running on his PSP?. Even if he had to upgrade that'd be fine.

yes up grade to 3.03 make sure u have a non-patched Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories(it has a 2.00 update on it) and get the HEN for 3.03. but in my opinion downgrade and upgarde to a custom dax firm wear. I have done it to 2 friends PSP's and it worked just fine.
i think there is a eloader for 3.03
oh, i never seen it on noobz, it would have been announced all over.
