Does anyone know exactly what this is?

It's a Loader for Gamecube Games on the wii, it allows you to put several GC games on one DVD and Boot them, independently of region. You need to run GCOS first then put the disc with the games and load, very space friendly! You will still need a modchip for it to work!

How do I put this on the Gamecube card?

so it works with sd media launcher too or what?
