DCEmu Blog revamped

Thanks to wraggster for allowing me to webmaster the DCEmu's Blog site. This site and forum will be for posting off-topic related news articals. There have been many great additions and changes to the sites layout and they look great.

Rules & Regulations-
Rules are the same as most of the other news sites and forums. No flaming, no warez, no foul language, no double posting ect....

DCEmu Blog note-
The DCEmu Blog site and forum is for posting off-topic or rant news articals. If you wish to have a post in the DCEmu Blog site simply post a thread in either the Submit news forum or the off-topic forum. If its appropriate for the site it will be moved to DCEmu Blogs news site accordingly. I hope you all enjoy the DCEmu Blog site.
