While hanging out at SXSW I caught up with the Opera team who are responsible for developing the Nintendo Wii browser and the upcoming DS browser. I pulled one of the programmers market researchers aside to give a little demonstration about how the DS browser works. Is it supposed to be playing really really fast?
Regardless, good to see the Opera browser getting some good press. It's got its advantages underneath all the reviewers' criticisms.
EDIT: okay, opening it up in VLC plays it back at its true speed.
Eh? Is this different from the DS Browser that's been out for ages?
Yes, this time the USA are the last one to get it.
Normally in Europe we are six months behind.
