Need Help to convert map to MapThis format

Hi everyone,

I am a newbie and need some help pls. I have a map file in .prm extension and I wanna convert it to MapThis compatible format so that I can use that map on MapThis with my PSP GPS device. My question is how do I do that and what program should I use ?
