Two questions:
1.) How may I achieve 4th level of brightness within in a game, without an AC Adapter? I can use quickpower but it only gives you 4th level in XMB.
2.) In 3.10OEA2, how do you create a custom background without the icons becoming corrupt? If I use a background with a small file size and dimensions the icons show up correctly.
