PSP: SCEP-CheatMaster 0.7 beta build 0417 - 3.30 OE support

SCEP-CheatMaster(SCM) is a PSP Coustom firmware plugin designed for Game/Pop mode, you can take screen-shot, set CPU speed, restart/power off PSP via the user interface. The main component of SCM is a powerful cheat system which support raw code.
Now, SCM is in it's beta phase, I will update it as soon as I get a bug report if I can, but I alway feel I get no time to do everything, so I am sorry if this buggy plugin mess up your PSP. I hope not only the good looking interface but also the funtion in it would be liked by you.

I support both of this guy's apps, cuz bot only do they look great...they work great, too! I just wish there were a cheat database editor application for this on PC, like Welltall has done with Cwcheat. It makes it much much easier to load cheats on the PSP. Other than that, this is great.

How do u get the cheats on SCEP-CheatMaster, like how you use Extreme Cheat to install the codes for your CW Cheat?

how do you install this and how do you run it cause that website doesnt help me i stopped doing homebrew for a while and now i dont remember anything
