Hiding corrupt files, organizing what I have on my memory stick so it just looks a lot neater. Putting custom images on files such as GpSp....etc...etc.

I use PSPAppman - you have toi rename your game150 folder to game in order to organise homebrew on your psp, it only seems to read the game folder, but with a bit of folder renaming it will hide corrupt icons and allow you to choose what order your homebrew files appear in the xmb. Works for me, i'd be interested if there is a organiser that will work with 3.10oe-A without having to fiddle about with the folders. To be fair i've not really used any other software to compare this to, but this seems to do all the stuff i need it to. Hope that was a bit helpful :)
- oh yeah, don't forget to rename your folders back to original names once you're done with pspappman.
