Questions ( Moon shell [GnM] & Comparing[R4DS])

ok I have a few questions that I really need help with D:

Ok first, my boyfriend has Games n' music for his DS and I was wondering if there was any moonshell that is compatible with it?

And the second thing I wanted to know is; there is the a place that sells R4DS and they sell one that is chinese and about 20 dollars cheaper, and the site says everything is in english except for packaging.
Should I just go with that one?

is the site you are refering to dealextream? if so, they aren't BSing you, but YOU CANNOT USE THE ENGLISH firmware on the chinese cart because it will give you an error about the hardware not matching the software
