New PSP Question?
okay, im getting a new psp tomorrow. i would like to get a new one, but i dont know if i can get one that is 2.71 or below with a non ta-whatever motherboard the one without the letters on the mobo under the umd drive. i remember you could look on the box for some numbers. but i would like to get that. so please help me

doesn't ta-082? have certain firmware it comes with? like starting where did it come?

Uh I believe 2.6. Some came with 2.6 without a TA-082 mobo. But you can downgrade TA-082 to a certian firmware. I know you can downgrade a 2.71 TA-082 for example.

yeah, but i hear its a really big hassle. im used to my old 1.5 lol i broke it so im getting another one, well not another 1.5 i just want a
*normal* mobo i can go to 2.71 and downgrade with the red screen thingy haha that one is the best in my opinion

ooh, sweet. well hardly anyone has a psp here in the town i live in, and the walmart is plagued with them so hopefully i can find one
