I got PSP with ORIGINAL sony v3.0 how I downgrade it?

Hello,
I got a PSP with an original v3.0 upgrade (no custom).
How I can downgrade it back to v1.5?
I got GTA LCS, I know its can downgrade it back to v2.0 - I tryed but i get this message:
"The system software of your PSP
System is version 3.00.
There is no need to update."

Now I found this tutorial :

But I can't upgrade to v3.3

What can I do?
