its suppost to run EBOOT Files with in Wipeout Pure Web Browser, if anybody tries this hack Please Post replies with results name 1 file EBBOT.PBP and 1 File EBOOT.HTML on the Memory Card. then go to the PSP Homebrew Site and launch The Program. You Must Have Wipeout Pure To Access The Browser,
be wary of sites, i persoanlly dont know the site but caution is always advised

It's not on psphacks.net at all, so does sound like a load of rubbish.

I read somewhere it doesn't work

I wouldn't risk any site unless others had tested it first.
