custom gameboots on 3.40 oe?

ok so ive tried quet a few different custom gameboots on 3.40 oe but all is i get is the original gameboot but without the sound.any help?

you must clear up flash0 space do it with johnny5 flasher it clears up most of it by dummying a couple files ( 3.5 megabytes i believe)

but i have enough free space on flash 0 for the custom gameboot already

u have to have more than enough free space ( i know it sounds funny) but its how you get it to work

than reflash your gameboot and your set

Where exactly can I find these gameboots?

About how much free space is needed for it to work?, does somebody know?? or is just some ramdom behavior?
