Difficulty in installing MOD in Wii

I'm interested in picking up a MOD for the Wii, as I've been able to install MODs on the XBOX with no issue, but was wondering if it is very hard to do on a Wii?

How many solder points are there with the various chips, and are they small are fairly large like on the XBOX?

Also is there a link that tells more info on this, or has a PDF instruction guide?

it's easy. only 3 or 4 points to solder.
the hardest part of the installation is opening it.
