nope, sorry buddy the highest firmware that can be downgraded is 3.03
oh, that sucks.....will there be one in the works soon? or is there anyother way can do it

or buy a mod chip, ull never get stuck then!
There is never any correct dates on when a downgrader will come out, if another one will come out!
get it bricked then get a refund for another PSP.
then DONT upgrade
