WIFI stinks if you have not got the right stuff to do it i.e "Wireless router" :( So is there a way too use a USB cable connected from your PSP to your PC and use the PSP as a joystick?

I'm afraid not at the moment. It's possible, and work has been done on it, but not much progress has been made, as the person who was doing it stopped work on it as far as I know.
