Need help once again, this time with MVSPSP

Hello again everyone. Let me start of by saying sorry, because I feel bad about spamming up your board with stupid questions. But I have another problem and this time its with MVSPSP 2.0. See, I got my rom running fine however, I can't seem to set the dipswitches. When I go to the menu to set my dip switches, it tells me the game needs to restart. And it restarts but nothing changes. I know there is a way to set the dip switches but I'm just being a moron. Sorry, and thanks in advance. :)

Ok, so I figured out how to change the region using the emulator. But when I change it to Japan, the game still remains in english. And if I try to play the game in AES mode, it will give me a warning sayhing how the rom is for "Original SNK Boards only". Can anoyne help me out? :(
