Downgrade to 3.03 OE-B and still not working!!

Help!!

I:\PSP\GAME\mapViewer\maps\
I:\PSP\GAME\mapViewer\system\
I:\PSP\GAME\mapViewer\EBOOT.PBP
I:\PSP\GAME\mapViewer\gps.txt
I:\PSP\GAME\mapViewer\usbacc.prx
I:\PSP\GAME\mapViewer\usbgps.prx

I have 3.03 OE-B now, and kernel 1.50, I just got "Loading USB Accessory module...." and SHUT DOWN!!

What's wrong? wrong .prx?
I have choose PSP-290 EBOOT.PBR and system folder...
I have .prx from Rapidshare.com

Try to downgrade to FW 3.03OE-C. I have the same FW and all works perfectly with the same prx files. Don't forget to set kernel 3.03 in recovery menu.
