Question concerning E[mulator] .

I'm having some difficulty running the Neogeo Pocket Color multi-region games in english. All JUE region games default to Japanese. How can I change this? There is no option in E[mulator] to change this. Can I do something to the rom. Thanks.

NOTE: I know the Neogeo Pocket Color is region free, but games where made with different language options if the language on the NGPC bios was changed.

E[mulator] doesn't play NeoGeo Pocket COLOR games, only the non-color ones.
