An entry into the <a href="http://www.gbax.com/main.pl?gbax2005/GBAX2005rr.html">GBAX Coding Competition</a> heres the release of FluBBas Green Beret Single Game Arcade Emulator for the GBA (Also works on Nintendo DS and Gamecube Gameboy Player)heres the info:

This is a Green Beret/Rush'n Attack - Arcade emulator for the GBA.
No sound, still bugs in the cpu core.
Lots of unimplemented stuff, beware of falling debris.
