Please! someone help me!! I'll do anything!!!

I really need help! i have for almost 2 months now been trying to get edison carter's cheatdevice to work on my psp! :(

But still it will not work!
1st: i downgraded from 3.03 to 1.5.
then upgraded to 3.03OE-C, and got devhook .52 on but i still dont get it!
i installed the cheat device from the installer but i cant get it to work! it said it's a prx and that it needs devhook, so i think i'm close. :o

So can anyone help me!?!?!? really i'll do practically ANYTHING at all to get this to work!!!

Great god! Double posting is bad, but quadruple posting is horrible! Put the prx in ms0:/seplugins/ and enable it from recovery.
