Getting ready for a DC-Emu help

Seeing as my Dreamcast should be delivered soon I thought I'd get everything ready. The first thing I want for my DC is Mame4all. I have the roms and the actual emu but how do I go about burning it?.

I've found some excellent tutorials online but none about Mame4all.

At this point the whole process seems very confusing and any help would do. You see, I want to have everything ready when the big day comes.

EDIT-I also heard that playing emus and backups can harm my DC. Any truth to this? :(

You will not see problems with homebrew stuff. But if you use Dreamcast games on CD's, you Dreamcast will get problems.

I've actually heard that playing cdr's on DC can be bad too, however, i've also heard that if they are burned at a very low speed (like 4x) they should be fine for the DC. Any truth to this anyone?
