Video isn't working on my psp.

i bought a new vid from itunes drm-free store, and it still didnt work on my psp. it came up with corrupted data. it was a .m4v

convert it into a mp4 file, duh...

noob...m4v is mp4 with just a different extension... a four layer mpeg video.
