Cygne v0.0 (Wonderswan Emu for PSP)

REi has ported over Cygne the Wonderswan emulator to the PSP Console, this release has these features:

Zip Support
File Selector
Save Support
Full Screen
Frame Skip

Whats with the wonderswan? 3 emu ports already. Seems a bit too much.
