UMD problems

hey all again thanks in advance

i am having problem playing lcs the cheat deivce works fine now!

I have 3.03oe-c worked FINE, > 3.40 not working (dam) so i downed to 1.50 then uped to 3.03oe-c again

but its still not working this is not a pirate umd i have had it or over a year mint condition
I tink its the psps fault as i tried it with devhook to see if it would work and it did but there must be another way because technically oe's shud be fine right??
and Socom the first one works fine so what is it!!
