Analog base state plugin?

You know how some game systems like the Dreamcast reset the home position for the analog stick when the system is turned on? Would it be possible for someone to make a plugin for the PSP so it does this because mine is off-centered because my faceplate is a bit warped. Pleeeeeeease??? I can't even play games normally or use iR Shell without it asking me if I want to exit every 3 seconds (it always thinks the analog stick is slightly pushed down and a little to the left).
