i feel stupid for not knowing this but how can i manually update my mates psp to 3.50?
hes been asking me to downgrade it but he wasnt sure of his verison number and now theres this simple downgrader for 3.50 i thought it would be easier to just update to 3.50 and use that.
just not sure how to do it, dont want to use the official method as thatll be 3.51

Just place EBOOT.PBP in PSP/GAME/UPDATE
not quite, go to system settings, and from there go to system infomation, it will then tell you the System Software. if its 2.71 or lower, here is a better downgrader to use, look up 2.71 downgrader (google) if ur mates have a a 2.17 firmwere or smaller.
