Formated Mem Stick an now missing files.

I had 3.40 and messed something up, so I followed a guide to go back to 1.50 from 3.40 OE and it worked fine, I then formated my mem stick, and when I went back into it to upgrade back to 3.40, the only file on my stick is "PSP". Now I'm still new to this but I think there was a "MP_Root", "Video", "Picture" and "Music" folders along with the "PSP". So what I was wondering is do them files appear after I upgrade back to 3.40? And is it safe for me to just go ahead and upgrade since i have the PSP folder? Hope that made sense.

yes just upgrade, its fine, just make a GAME folder within the PSP folder... upgrade, and then format your memory stick, and it will automatically place the folders you need within the memory stick
