when i go to load a rom, it automatically scrolls down to the bottom rom, and when i try to scroll back up, it scrolls back down...kind of like the down button is being held down the whole time.

flick the analogue nub, its probably stuck a little, this happens quite often to me, it should be fine after that.

yea analog must be stuck. does that happen in any other games?
yeah! cool, it was the analog stick. haha
and nah, it only happened in deadalus, not any other emulators.

No worries, as I said, it happens to me almost everytime I load up R12, I think it is a problem inherent in the PSP and the sensitivity of the nub in daedalus.
