MP3 Player

Is there any mp3 player for the psp that lets the user listen to music in any commercial/homebrew game? Couyld you point me in the right direction plz

if your on a cf/w look up irsmp3.prx, it will run in the background and play mp3 s while in games and homebrew

does this plugin allow you to change track or select a song?
