are you on OE firmware? boot to recovery, configuation, hide currupt icons, Enable it!
Or just clean up your GAME folder!
If your on an OE, look up sei psp tool !!!!
it will convert your homebrew to 1.0 rather than using the 1.5 version, and that means no more corrupt icons
or just rename your homebrew folders..
rename the folder that has the % sign to this: %_SCE_"name of homebrew"
and the folder with no % sign to this: _SCE_"name of homebrew"
