RSS Playlist Generator

I've looked around online and haven't really found anything that'd really fit the bill for what I have in mind. Sooo.... it's not really a PORT, but might be something a savvy coder could whip together.

I'm looking for a tool that would convert a m3u or other playlist file into an RSS feed. This way, I could stream my music collection to my PSP, rather than have to copy it over in bite-size chunks.

Anyone have any thoughts on this or know of a program that does this already?
