R4 kernal 1.10 save problem

Well , i use R4 1.0 kernal for a long time , no problem or whatwhosever . Then i decided to upgrade to 1.10 kernal for some new functions . Then i met some sh!t that really pissed me off .

I played Elite beat agents and Ouendan 2 for a long time , unlock all songs and mode already but sometimes when i load the game . It show me like the first time i play the game , no new song , new mode or whatosever . When i delete both the save file and game , and copy the back up from my PC . The save file work just fine again then it happended again and again .

Anyone can help me with this >
