A Porting Guide?

Hi I would just like to ask if you guys have a porting guide for PSP. I already have a toolchain with libraries installed on cygwin. Also, I have compiled some few codes and ran on my psp. I have tried deniska's rRootage port guide but it was unsuccessful. I'm doing my best to find what's wrong by trying to find more guides so as to aid me in my porting quest.
