The game is "Jikkyou Powerful Pro Yakyu 2012 Ketteiban" (Japanese: 実況パワフルプロ野球 2012決定版), it costs 4725 Yen (~45€/50$) and is just available in the japanese PSN Store. Sorry Europe. This VHBL was made by the developer "173210", which had help from qwikrazor (known from the 2.12 exploit).
