Problems converting to AES

I've got a annoying problem while trying to use "convertneo" tool to (obviously) convert NG ROMs into AES ROMs. Some Questions:

• I always have a "No valid romset found for source rom file". This is just always, what brings the following question:
• What is the romset used here? The "NeoRAGEx" or the "MAME" romset?
• Do I have to download any more programs?
• I have already tried renaming the "bin" inside the zipped ROMs (especifically svcplus.zip), and no success. Any chance that I'm doing anything wrong?

My objective is to try "Rage of the Dragons", so I'd be pleased if anyone could help me out, preferably using this ROM.

I really would enjoy any help, and I just love Neo4all. Works so incredibly! I never thought I would play older KOF in my Dreamcast. It's just the best thing my money ever gave me.
