dreamcast audio problem

Today i was playing a game and i notice that sound is full of static. i plugged the dreamcast into another tv and its still there. the static drowns out the other audio making things hard to hear

I thoguth it may be the av cable, but ive never heard a damaged a/v cable on any system make any sort of static sound

please help me get my sound back to normal

If your other systems work without problems in your televison, it's probably your av cable or the av Dreamcast port. Try getting a new cable.
