If I would be able to trade Pokemon on fire red and leaf green etc. from psp to nintendo ds. Using a ROm on PSp and the cartrage for DS. Any help would be apreciated.

No you can't trade directly since there's no connectivity between them. But you can trade on PC using the saves and then putting them back on PSP/DS.
Sadly u cannot do it since the current gba emus on the psp do not support wireless connections. I have been looking for such a thing too, just hope they release a pc emu with wireless connectivity with the ds
