TVSP Source Code

I dont think ive seen this around or even avaliable on dcemu, so I'm gonna post it up for everyone to have known access to it (i found this on his site for public release).

TVSP- Watch Tv on PSP

Details:

TVSP is the premier free Location Free TV viewer.

* Watch TV anywhere with a wifi connection.
* Allows channel changes.
* No sound implimented...yet(i trust the homebrew community with this one)

Basically, you can watch TV on your PSP anywhere with a wifi connection. TVSP
receives the TV signal from a TV capture programmed called DScaler. And the best of all,
it doesn't cost $350 to get TV on my PSP :-)

Hopefully, someone in the community will impliment sound, whether it be a new coder or an experienced one. Heck, im gonna try coding this myself :D :cool:
