xbox360 patch today = no backwards games

I just got home and loaded up my 360 today. it said to connect to xbox live you need to update. I updated my system and then went to jump on halo2and no good. I tried morrowind ... no go. To unreal championship 2, forza, atari counter strike,... none are working. I went to the xbox forums and apparently it not just my system. This patch was for one of the guitar heros for 360 and now none of the backwards compatible games are working. Great job people:thumbup:

More forums are appearing with other issues. Just got home and I'll check into whether these are also cause by the same problem. Here's the link to the other one poppin up. After brief skim some sound like the patch might have done it but I'm gonna have to read into them.

All it does is make the new Guitar's compatible.

I've just checked my Xbox games that I know work on my 360 and thankfully no problems.

I tried Outrun 2 yesterday and it worked fine. Yet to try other games.
