Guide to getting 3.40 OE?

i currently have FW 1.50, and wish to upgrade to "3.40 OE" so that i can play newer games, and have homebrew.

can anyone provide the files, and steps to upgrade to it?

look in vampdudes sig. under the spoiler, its pretty straight forward, and vampdudes stick set up has a 1.5 recovery option. iv used it many times to upgrade psps all you have to do is copy all the files to your memorystick then go to the 3.40oe upgrade under game.
